At Deliberti, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return any unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Request a Return
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all security tags and labels remain intact and attached.
Ship Your Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
